Pieper O'Brien Herr Architects, Interior Design Studio designed the six-story, 149-unit Cosmopolitan luxury apartment building. One-bedroom and two-bedroom units are complete with granite countertop kitchens, high end modern finishes and appliances to cater to millennials. Spectacular views from the lobbies, bedrooms and unit decks add to the upscale design of the building. A unique penthouse clubroom opens to a roof-top terrace that provides space to unwind while taking in the great views. The fitness center and pet washing station complete the amenities.
The compact site, filled with parking and building, required the building to be constructed on a podium. The ground floor, open air garage is separated by a 3-hour floor from the 5 stories of wood residential construction above.
