Pieper O’Brien Herr Architects designed a four-story senior living expansion project located in Alpharetta, GA. The expansion accommodates 12 one-bedroom units and 51 two-bedroom units. Each unit features the latest home design and finish trends. All ground floor units are designed to function as “City Homes”. A bistro dining experience with a cozy fireplace is located on the ground floor while the upper floors offer large gathering spaces for reading, games, and fellowship. An on-site florist shop provides floral arrangements and gifts for guests and residents. A sunroom was created to feature an open, airy space with lots of natural light and seating for residents to enjoy the “Living Wall” of seasonal plantings.
