POH+W Architects, LTD is excited to invite an experienced full-time Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in our Pittsburgh office. If you are a talented, creative, and well-organized designer with excellent communication skills and a passion for diverse markets, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will lead interior design efforts on projects across our diverse commercial portfolio which includes automotive, industrial, mission critical, mixed use, retail, office/interiors, and higher education sectors. You will collaborate closely with various Project Team Members and clients to bring innovative ideas to life.

The successful Candidate will have:

• 7+ years of relevant interior design experience.
• NCIDQ certification preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work well with multiple teams on multiple projects at one time.

In this new role, the Candidate will:

• Lead the charge on interior design projects, setting the standard for excellence.
• Immerse yourself in the design process from start to finish.
• Collaborate closely with other Team Members to develop interior concepts that complement the building's exterior.
• Mentor team members sharing your expertise
• Coordinate multiple project components while maintaining clear communication with clients, design teams, and contractors.
• Create and coordinate detailed construction drawings and material specifications.
• Prepare compelling presentations showcasing selected interior spaces and finishes to inform clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring ongoing satisfaction and collaboration.
