A registered architect with experience working with LIHTC, HUD, Housing Authorities is strongly preferred. Experience with master planning and large scale phased urban redevelopments strongly preferred. Responsibilities

Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. You will serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction. Successful candidates will be able to actively manage budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; project team assignments; estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.

Requirements

A strong technical understanding of high-quality commercial architecture and have technical skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Deltek, MS Project, and Newforma preferred. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills required.
