This candidate will exhibit a strong design vocabulary, and an ability to contribute to an energetic, fast-paced creative process. Successful candidates will be self-motivated with demonstrated design skills.

Revit experience is preferred.
Pieper O'Brien Herr Architects is seeking experienced Senior Project Manager (registered Architect) with High Rise design experience (10+ years working with complex commercial projects, including Vertical Residential & Hospitality, Office, and Mixed-Use developments).
Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. You will serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction. Successful candidates will be able to actively manage budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; project team assignments; estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.
A strong technical understanding of high-quality commercial architecture and have technical skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Deltek, MS Project, and Newforma preferred. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills required.
