A comfortable, open environment, that is efficiently organized says a lot about our organization.
We actively monitor and adjust project assignments to avoid
unbalanced workloads.
Flexible scheduling allows for a better work-life balance.
Let’s get social. A variety of social events and gatherings are
planned each month, both in and out of the office to create
opportunities for team building and bonding.
Our civic responsibility is demonstrated through involvement in
community activities. Matching financial donations to nonprofits,
allowing time off for community service, and career-choice talks to
area students are some of the ways we give back.
We value the contribution from all employees to make the overall
organization better.
Our staff consists of many diverse educational backgrounds from different colleges across the nation. To stay at the top of our profession, Pieper O'Brien Herr Architects is an AIA Continuing Education Provider. Through our POH University system, we offer 50+ training sessions through a series of seminars and classes throughout the year. Attendees can receive AIA CES credits. All staff are encouraged to achieve 12 credit hours.
We are committed to supporting our staff in the Architectural Experience Program (AXP) and recognize the value of continued growth of our interns as they strive to become registered architects and registered interior designers. Pieper O'Brien Herr Architects also provides ARE study material.
Pieper O'Brien Herr Architects has been certified as a Drug-Free Workplace by The Georgia State Board of Workers' Compensation.
