POH+W Architects is seeking Project Managers with experience managing all aspects of architectural projects. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate project teams.
Project Managers are responsible for coordinating all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution. Responsibilities include serving as the primary client liaison; managing budgets, schedules, and scope; overseeing project communications and documentation; assigning project team roles; estimating fees; defining scope of work; and preparing proposals and contracts.
Revit experience is preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited architecture school is required. Registration is not necessary, but preferred.
