Pieper O’Brien Herr Architects designed a four-floor “Hub” for Allegheny Center Alliance Church. The Hub connects three existing adjacent buildings and provides a cohesive environment and identity for its growing congregation. The multiple outdoor roof terraces present picturesque views of the city and neighboring park.
