Pieper O’Brien Herr Architects designed this efficient maintenance facility to support Cobb County’s extensive vehicle fleet. Estimated to increase operations by 15%, the facility streamlines laborious processes with effective approaches, suited to accommodate a variety of work on thousands of vehicles.

Concept Design Models:

The fleet’s administrative areas include a parts department, a service write-up area, and a flexible, modern office. The building utilizes SMART Technology, designed to be energy efficient for both traditional and alternative fuel vehicles to lessen negative environmental impacts and introduce sustainability. Delivered with a Design-Build approach, the project was completed early and under budget.
