Pieper O’Brien Herr Architects’ design redirected Executive Park towards a modern future. The grand building’s large windows and pronounced entrance strongly establish the development, while the efficient framework maximizes leasable area. Our Graphic Design Studio further rejuvenated the park with new signage.

Concept Design Model:

First constructed in 1965, Executive Park was the first suburban office park in metropolitan Atlanta. Pieper O’Brien Herr Architects guided future developments with a masterplan that calls for additional office density by decreasing space dedicated to surface parking.
