Pieper O'Brien Herr Architects designed this data center to accommodate 72,000-SF of Tier II co-location, white space. Positioned on a brown field site, environmental mitigation and on-going monitoring has revived this previously damaged site.
The high-reliability, high-density facility delivers 200 watts per square foot on 24” raised floor. Redundant systems and strategies maintain this center’s 100% uptime Service Level Agreement. The project received a ‘Two Green Globes’ certification, making it the first certification of a public data center in Texas.
