POH+W Architects designed the most advanced and expansive Lexus dealership in the region. The 187,000-SF dealership located in North Strabane, PA, sets a new benchmark for delivering an elevated luxury customer experience.

With space to showcase 350+ vehicles, the dealership delivers an exceptional level of selection and convenience. Its large scale supports dedicated zones from generous showroom areas to refined lounges and delivery spaces. 

The design integrates the dealership into a structured parking deck to achieve the desired inventory capacity, using a network of interconnected ramps and exterior access points to ensure seamless circulation for vehicles, team members, and customers throughout the facility.

Recognizing that every guest values comfort differently, the dealership offers two thoughtfully designed lounge experiences that cater to a variety of needs and preferences. The main showroom-level lounge provides easy access and convenience for shorter visits, while the upper-level lounge offers a more private retreat away from the main showroom activity. A graceful spiral staircase connects the two spaces, adding architectural elegance and continuity throughout the showroom. Both lounges feature comfortable seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an array of thoughtful details designed to make every visit relaxing and enjoyable.
