POH+W Architects designed a 349,420-SF warehouse expansion with a conveyor bridge that connects to the existing Nokian Tyre campus. The facility houses approximately 630,000 tires that are studded, sorted, stored, and shipped. The fully enclosed 120-foot conveyor bridge is a 20’ wide with 8’ inside height spanning over a road to allow for truck traffic.
