Southwire

This 415,000 square foot distribution facility, with the ability to expand an additional 237,000 square feet, is located in Villa Rica, Georgia. Pieper O’Brien Herr Architects design goals were to highlight the constant Southwire commitment to deliver power to people all around the world.

Conceptual Design Model:

Completed in September 2018 the facility was constructed with load bearing tilt up concrete panels, a 6,000 square foot main office, shipping office and a distribution warehouse to hold utility cable and building wire.
