Southwire

This 415,000 square foot distribution facility, with the ability to expand an additional 237,000 square feet, is located in Villa Rica, Georgia. POH+W Architects design goals were to highlight the constant Southwire commitment to deliver power to people all around the world.

Conceptual Design Model:

Completed in September 2018 the facility was constructed with load bearing tilt up concrete panels, a 6,000 square foot main office, shipping office and a distribution warehouse to hold utility cable and building wire.
