St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church Renovation

Pieper O’Brien Herr Architects is providing full architectural services for the renovation and additions to the existing St. John the Baptist Russian Orthodox Church that was built in the 1960’s. The project includes renovation of the existing basement for a new Fellowship Hall, the addition of six (6) adjustable multi-purpose rooms and a vestibule expansion with a larger entry space, coatroom, candle room and additional storage. The scope includes program assistance, schematic design through construction documents and construction administration services.
