The Oaks at Buckhead

Pieper O’Brien Herr Architects’ design of the lobby, clubroom, and conference room renovations in this condominium building dramatically renewed the outdated spaces. The revitalized clubroom combined four under-utilized spaces to create the perfect social setting. The large windows present views of the courtyard while the space features a variety of intimate, comfortable seating to accommodate events. 

Concept Models:

While maintaining the existing configuration, the lobby renovation offers a rejuvenated, classic look with marble wainscot, marble and granite tile floor, wood wallcovering, and new light fixtures.
